Frequently asked
Before you come
The eight questions people ask most before booking. If yours isn't here, message us on WhatsApp and we'll answer the same day.
Can I bring my own photographer or videographer?
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own team and equipment.
What does an hour cover?
Your booked area for one hour, minimum booking one hour. Using a second area costs another 2,000 TL, even for ten minutes, and one paid hour can't be split between areas. Two areas within one hour cost 4,000 TL.
Can I extend my session?
Yes, if the space is free. Ask our team before your time ends; extra time is paid before you leave.
Can you help with lighting?
Tell us in advance what you need. We'll confirm availability and any extra cost before you book.
How does the rain set work?
The rain effect is run by our staff or under their supervision. Water stays in the rain area, lights and cables stay dry. Bring a towel and a change of clothes.
What should I bring?
Your outfits, props and clean indoor shoes. Paint, oil, glitter, confetti, sand or liquids need our approval in advance.
Cancellation and rescheduling
With at least 24 hours' notice you can get your deposit back in full or move it to a free date.
With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't come, the 50% deposit is non-refundable and can't be moved. Notice counts from your start time, and the same rule applies to rescheduled bookings and on-location shoots.
Studio rules in short
- The booking client is responsible for their team and guests during setup, shooting and packing up.
- On the cycloramas: clean indoor shoes or covers only, heels need protective caps, and nobody steps or leans on the curve.
- Check the area and equipment with staff before you start; existing marks are noted and are not your responsibility.
- Ask before moving lights or changing modifiers. If something falls or stops working, stop and tell staff.
- No smoking, open flames or pyrotechnics. Animals and unusual props need approval.
- Leave the area as you found it and hand equipment back for inspection.
